What happens if the bag I choose isn't an ideal fit?

If the food you've purchased through us doesn't seem to work for your dog(s), we'll issue a full refund - even if you've already went through the full bag!

This moneyback guarentee is handled through the manufacturer - we'll pick the bag up and return it on your behalf.

Can you schedule regular deliveries?

Absolutely - in fact most of our deliveries are to folks on recurring schedules.

Each regular customer has a schedule, based on how often they feed their dogs and how long the bags last.

We have it down to a science, and we'll typically deliver your new bag 5 days before you run out!
